Are you an MSP ? ?

Hi readers....emmm...MSPs....

I must clearly indicate that only VARs, MSPs should read this blog... ;-) kidding....
nowadays, anyone can be an MSP....u too...yes I mean it...with the right tool, right team and the attitude to win customers, you can be a successful MSP. All it needs is patience, the market knowledge and lots and lots of customer interaction.

Small customers like retail shops, shopping malls would have 20 PCs, but they can't afford a System Engineer to continuously monitor these devices and take care of them. Thats when you come into play. You need to promise correct SLA, Monitoring, Patch the devices, manage licenses.

Now, you have your customer - what to do next ? Get the right tool.
